Common questions
No. The yoga component is adapted to where you are, not a fixed level. Priya will meet you at your practice — whether that means a mat you haven't unrolled in years or a daily practice you've kept for a decade.
Yes, with a conversation first. Dr. Tara will want to understand the existing support you have in place so the program works alongside it, not across purposes. Bring it up when you reach out.
Life happens. Missed sessions are rescheduled within the program window rather than forfeited. We ask for at least 24 hours notice where possible.
Therapy sessions with Dr. Tara may be reimbursable depending on your insurer and plan. We can provide a receipt with the clinical details you'll need. Yoga sessions are not typically covered. Check your policy's mental health and allied health benefits.
The program is designed as a single arc. Priya and Tara speak to each other about your progress — with your consent — and adjust both sides of the work accordingly. You're not managing two separate practitioners; you're working with a team who are working together.
Full refund if cancelled more than 7 days before the program begins. After that, we ask for a commitment to the full eight weeks. If something genuinely changes, speak to us — we'll find a way through.
